Some inspiration forย all those resolutioners trying to get fit or get gainz here are some recent #TransformationTuesday posts.

CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ”‘ The Internet is littered with bullshit scams and shit products that only make your bank account slimmer not your body and I'm sick and tired of it. @bradleymartyn can't be the only one calling these people out and trying to get through to people. Listen to me carefully and it may piss you off: there is no secret to "getting abs" or "getting shredded while gaining muscle". No waist Trainer, fit tea bullshit, or fucking 20% off discount code is going to get you the physique you want without WORK and TIME. You want to get shredded? Figure out how many calories your body burns in a day and consume a calorie count below that number. You want to gain muscle? Figure out how many calories your body burns in a day and consume a calorie count above that number WHILE BUSTING YOUR FUCKING ASS IN THE GYM. Too many people think that lifting little 20lb dumbells for 50 reps is gonna get you big. There is going to come a time where you have to FUCKING MOVE WEIGHT. Challenge your body, push your limits… oh it hurts? Oh it doesn't feel good? THEN YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT!! It's not suppose to feel good. You should be out of breath, you should be shaking, you should be burning, you should be wondering if you can even lift the weight off your chest. There is nothing you can take that is going to give it to you with no work. Nothing. No fat burners, no shredding pills, nothing… and you won't get shit in 30 or 90 days either. You will get a foundation that you can now build on for years to come but if you think you're done after 3 months or you'll get it in 3 months you got a rude awakening coming. In the words of Jim Rohn "Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better". Stop looking for the shortcut and buying into bullshit and GET TO WORK. Fitness isn't abs or whores lifting in thongs … it's a lifestyle where you work everyday to be better than you were yesterday…. you're welcome. #transformationtuesday
